Switchtec has recently appointed Nick Morgan as the company’s National Wholesale Manager.

The move follows quick growth for Switchtec in the wholesale market and Nick has tasked with continuing the growth of the Switchtec brand.

Nick joins the team having spent 25 years in the electrical industry where he has gained a wealth of knowledge from his first ‘on the tools’ role to then moving into wholesale and build and distribution.

Nick started an electrical apprenticeship in 1995 before moving to work in wholesale with Rexel and then for an independent wholesaler where he spent 17 years. In 2015 Nick moved into a National Sales Manager role in the build and distribution area of the industry where he was involved in all aspects from large projects, growing sales and brand awareness, to product development and introducing new products.

As a result, Nick brings to Switchtec a clear understanding of how the wholesale sector works and what they are looking for in a supplier and its products.

The role will see Nick continuing to grow the Switchtec brand and history with its partners. New products and product development are two of the key areas he will be looking to expand alongside building solid relationships in the wholesale sector where, relationships, trust and service are key.
